Q: What do I do when I am done?

A: Simply close your browser.


Q: How do I load more than one file?

A: Open support files on the right side of the screen (sheet of paper icon); any additional files can be placed in this window.


Q: What if I have a question/comment?

A: Questions can be asked in the messaging window; you will receive a response as soon as possible. You will get an email when a response is posted.


Q: How do I make a change?

A: You would select the "reject" button, which will open a dialog box to input changes/updates.


Q: When I move or place a file in the support window, I do not see the file?

A: Refresh the page at the top of the screen; it should then display files.


Q: How do I remove a file from the main window?

A: Please send a message in the messaging window stating that the file needs to be removed.


Q: Can I remove files from the support files window?

A: Yes, next to the file is an icon with 3 dots; click on it and the option to delete will show.


Q: I can not find the messaging box?

A: The messaging icon is at the top on the right.


Q:  Does the link to upload art files expire?

A:  Yes, the link to upload art files expires after 7 days. You will receive a new link by contacting your Lowen representative.


Q:  What does "REJECT" mean? I don’t want to "REJECT" the file, I simply want to make a change to the file.

A:  "REJECT" is synonymous with "CHANGE." It means you’re rejecting the file as it exists because you want to make a change to it.


Q:  Is there a limit to the size of the file I’m uploading?

A:  We provide a link for files less than 2GB, and another link for larger files without a size limit.


Q:  Can I delete or swap out a file I have already uploaded?

A:  Files that are uploaded are not available to delete or swap out, unless they are in the "support files" window.


Q: When will I receive my proof?

A: You will receive your proof in 1-2 business days.


Q: How will I receive my proof?

A: Your proof will be emailed to you via Lowen Sign-Off.


Q: How do I approve my proof?

A: You will need to select "go to job" on the email, followed by the green approval button; a popup screen will appear and you will select approve again.


Q: How do I request changes?

A: You will need to select "go to job" on the email, followed by the red reject button. Note your changes in the field provided and select reject at the bottom. You will receive a new proof in 1-2 business days.
